On Thursday 14th May over 30 Senior Citizens in Cuddesdon gathered at the Bat and Ball for a delicious three course lunch. Every year this event takes place thanks to the funds raised from John Paxton’s coffee morning in August. John welcomed everyone to the lunch and especially mentioned Derek West and Fred Belcher who had died earlier in the year. It was thanks to Fred that fish and chips were included every year on the menu. Gladys King was also congratulated on reaching 90 this week. Thanks go to Linda Bobby who organised the lunch this year.
