On the 4th June 2017 the congregation of All Saints’ and the village of Cuddesdon came together to celebration the completion of the restoration works of All Saints’. This had been made possible through a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund which enabled us to shore up the fragile south porch, and install a toilet. The Chancel was also restored to its former glory with the tiles on the floor relaid, the walls painted, new lighting, the windows restored and new roof bosses carved to replace those which had fallen over the years.
Our thanks go to Robert Wilson the Churchwarden and Keith Hawley for all their hard work over the project and to our architect Robert Montgomery.
To mark the occasion a new guide book was put together and postcards printed of the new bosses. These are available in the church and can be found in the new display on the north wall.
